Proficient Proofreading

A proofreader is someone who carefully inspects the final draft of a document before it is published. They look for specific mistakes such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, word usage, typos, and check that the page numbers are correct. As a proofreader, it is my job to find and mark errors, it is not my job to change the mistakes I see.
