Dharug National Park

If you are visiting Dharug for the first time you should include a walk up the lower section of the Old Great North Road. The road was one of the most important civil engineering feats of the early colonial years. Camping is permitted at the easily accessible Mills Creek Camping area (bookings necessary), picnic areas and fireplaces are located at Mill Creek and Hazel Dell, as well as bushwalks and bike riding tracks.
