The Goldenboys of Rock'n'Roll - Morning Melodies

Wed 22 Nov 2017
Featuring Lucky Starr, Bob Howe and Roland Storm
Wednesday 22 November 11am,
Back by popular demand!
2017 marks 60 years since the birth of Rock’n’Roll in Australia. It all began with the legendary Johnny O’Keefe, Col Joye – and the Golden Boys of Aussie Rock’n’Roll: Lucky Starr, Bryan Davies and Roland Storm! They’ve all had the big overseas offers, but still call Australia home and we’re delighted they’re returning to The Joan.
Come along and let the good times roll with The Golden Boys as they share the stage together and treat you to some of the hits they performed on 6 O’clock Rock, Bandstand and Sing Sing Sing, including Dream Girl, Five Foot Two, I Don’t Want to be Alone, Mule Skinner Blues, Hello Josephine, Birds & Bees and the iconic I’ve Been Everywhere. Book this one early because it’s sure to sell out again!
*Please note Bryan Davies was advertised as originally performing in this show. He is unable to perform and will be replaced by Bob Howe.
TICKETS $20 and include a delicious morning tea served from 10am. All performances begin at 11am and conclude around 12.30pm. All seats are allocated.
