Kim Chi, Sauerkraut Varieties, Cultured Vegetables and Probiotic Dips.

This workshop is for you if you want to:
- Get easy recipes and ideas for incorporating fermented vegetables into your diet.
- Learn about the benefits for your gut health & wellbeing. Plus how to start and what to look out for.
- Understand wild vs cultured fermenting
- Begin making or gain extra skills, tips and confidence to safety and easily ferment at home.
- See demonstrations and taste test a variety of ferments, so you know what you will like.
- Make your own jar in a supported environment.
- Connect with likeminded people in your community
