Autumn Meditation and Yoga Retreat

Rejuvenate your mind and body. Join us at Yanada for a blissfull weekend of mindful meditation, yoga, massage and gentle bush walks. All this interspersed with healthy home cooked vegetarian food and plenty of time to rest, relax, unwind and enjoy the property and the beautiful McDonald valley

Come and disconnect from your devices, work and stress and connect with Your Self, to create a sense of wellbeing and calm within.

Start the day with a mindful meditation practice followed by some gentle yoga, then a beautiful home cooked breakfast. Indulge in an optional massage during the day with a mindfulness class in the afternoon and a yoga class before dinner.

Sunday morning starts with a mindful walking meditation up the hill, hearty breakfast and then a late morning yoga class. Set off rejuvenated in the early afternoon after lunch.

Between classes, have a swim, opt for a massage, go for a walk up the hill or to the river, go for a kayak or curl up on one of the day beds with a blanket, a good book and a cup of hot chocolate.

The Early bird package of $595 includes:

All Yoga and Mediation Classes with Curt Mason and Lloyd Roberts.
Accommodation in twin share rooms or one room of 4 for a group of friends or luxury heated Glamping tents.
All cotton bedding and towels are supplied.
All home cooked meals: healthy & nutritious organic vegetarian breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts.
Tea, coffee (pod machine), snacks and fresh fruit.
Complimentary internet.
Mats, cushions, stools and props supplied for each each class.
